⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE: All program fees on cleverattilearn.com are final once payment is confirmed. Please review this Policy, together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, before completing your purchase.

1. Introduction and Purpose

This Payment & Pricing Policy (“Policy”) governs all financial transactions between Cleveratti Learn and its learners, prospective learners, and any other person making a payment through our website (cleverattilearn.com), through our mobile application, or at any authorised franchise-operated learning centre.

This Policy explains how program fees are displayed, how payments are collected and processed, what charges may apply, and how pricing-related disputes are handled. It should be read together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any program-specific terms communicated at the time of enrolment.

By completing a payment for any Cleveratti Learn program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

3. Definitions

In this Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

  • “Program Fee” or “Course Fee” means the one-time payment made by a learner to enrol in a Cleveratti Learn program.
  • “Purchase” means the act of making a one-time payment to secure enrolment in a Cleveratti Learn program. Cleveratti Learn does not collect any separate registration or application fee; every purchase is a direct, one-time payment for the full program.
  • “Listed Price” means the program fee displayed on our website or communicated through our authorised sales channels at any given time.
  • “Total Payable Amount” means the complete amount due from a learner for a specific program, including the base program fee and any applicable taxes, as displayed before payment confirmation.
  • “Payment Gateway” means a third-party technology platform (such as Razorpay, PayU, or similar providers) used to process online payment transactions.
  • “Transaction” means any payment event initiated by a learner through an accepted payment method in connection with a Cleveratti Learn program.
  • “Payment Confirmation” means any communication — including a payment receipt, transaction ID, email confirmation, or WhatsApp acknowledgement — issued by Cleveratti Learn or its payment gateway to confirm successful receipt of funds.
  • “Learner” or “Student” means a person who has paid or is seeking to pay the program fee to enrol in a Cleveratti Learn program.
  • “Franchise Partner” means a business entity or individual licensed to deliver Cleveratti Learn programs through an authorised offline learning centre.
  • “Business Day” means any day, Monday to Saturday, that is not a public holiday under applicable law in India.

4. Currency

All program fees and prices on our website are displayed and payable in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

Cleveratti Learn does not accept payment in foreign currencies through our website. International learners making payment from accounts denominated in foreign currencies may incur currency-conversion charges levied by their bank or card issuer. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the learner and are not refundable by Cleveratti Learn.

5. Program and Service Pricing

Cleveratti Learn currently offers three programs, each with a fixed program fee displayed on our website and at authorised franchise centres:

  • Personality Development Master Program (PDMP) — ₹33,000
  • Professional Digital Marketing Program (PDM) — ₹33,000
  • AI for Career & Business — ₹33,000

Program fees are subject to revision from time to time. The fee applicable to a learner is the fee in effect at the time of their payment confirmation. Prices may vary between programs and batches where promotional pricing has been offered for a specific period.

Cleveratti Learn does not charge any separate registration fee, application fee, or advance deposit. Each program requires a single, one-time payment in full at the time of enrolment.

6. Total Payable Amount and Price Breakup

The complete payable amount will be displayed to you before you confirm your payment. The total payable amount may include the following components:

  • Base program fee
  • Applicable GST or other statutory taxes (see Section 7)
  • Any payment-gateway convenience fee, if applicable and disclosed at checkout

No hidden charges will be applied after you have viewed and confirmed the payable amount at checkout.

7. Taxes and Statutory Charges

All program fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law. GST may or may not be included in the displayed price; the applicable GST amount will be clearly itemised before payment confirmation.

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued upon payment confirmation. If you require a GST invoice reflecting your GSTIN (applicable to corporate or franchise purchasers), please provide your GSTIN and business details before completing payment by writing to info@cleveratti.com.

In the event of any change in statutory tax rates mandated by the Government of India or any applicable state government, the revised rates will apply prospectively to new purchases.

8. Discounts and Promotional Pricing

Cleveratti Learn may, at its discretion, offer promotional discounts, limited-period offers, introductory prices, or early-bird pricing for specific batches or programs. The following terms apply to all promotional pricing:

  • Promotional offers are valid only for the period and batch specified at the time of announcement.
  • Promotional prices are not retroactively applicable to confirmed enrolments made at the standard price.
  • Cleveratti Learn reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that confirmed purchases at the promotional price will be honoured.
  • Promotional pricing from one program or batch does not apply to other programs or batches unless explicitly stated.

Any coupon code or promotional voucher issued by Cleveratti Learn will specify its eligibility conditions, minimum purchase requirements, applicable programs, and expiry date. Multiple coupons may not be combined unless explicitly permitted.

9. Accepted Payment Methods

Cleveratti Learn accepts the following payment methods through our website and authorised channels:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and other supported networks)
  • Debit cards
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net banking
  • Mobile wallets (where supported by the payment gateway)
  • Bank transfer or NEFT/RTGS (for offline franchise-centre enrolments, subject to confirmation)

Cash payments may be accepted at authorised franchise-operated learning centres. Cash payments must be evidenced by a signed receipt issued by the Franchise Partner. Cleveratti Learn is not responsible for cash payments made to any person or entity other than an authorised Franchise Partner.

Cleveratti Learn does not accept payment by cheque, demand draft, or cryptocurrency.

10. EMI and Buy Now, Pay Later

Cleveratti Learn itself does not offer instalment-based payment plans. However, certain third-party lending products — such as EMI on credit cards or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) facilities offered by banks or financial institutions — may be available at checkout, subject to the learner's eligibility as determined solely by the respective bank or lender.

Important clarifications regarding EMI and BNPL options:

  • Eligibility for EMI or BNPL is determined entirely by your bank or lending institution. Cleveratti Learn makes no representation or guarantee regarding approval.
  • Interest charges, processing fees, foreclosure charges, and other costs associated with EMI or BNPL are governed by the terms of your bank or lender and are your sole responsibility.
  • Cleveratti Learn's Cancellation & Refund Policy applies regardless of the payment method used, including EMI or BNPL arrangements. The absence of a refund from Cleveratti Learn does not affect your obligation to repay your lender.
  • If an EMI option is unavailable at checkout, please contact your bank directly.

11. Payment Authorisation and Confirmation

By initiating a payment, you authorise Cleveratti Learn and its payment gateway partners to process the specified amount from your selected payment instrument.

The following conditions apply to payment confirmation:

  • Your enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of a Payment Confirmation from Cleveratti Learn. Initiation of payment alone does not constitute enrolment.
  • A debit from your bank account or card does not automatically confirm your enrolment if the transaction status is not successfully communicated to our systems.
  • If you do not receive a Payment Confirmation within 24 hours of a transaction that appears to have been debited from your account, please contact us at info@cleveratti.com with your transaction details.
  • Order and payment confirmations, along with a tax invoice, will be sent to the registered email address or mobile number provided at the time of purchase.

12. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments made through our website are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, or similar providers). These providers operate under their own terms of service, privacy policies, and security certifications.

Cleveratti Learn does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment-card data. We retain only transaction reference numbers, confirmation status, amount paid, payment date, and details required for tax invoicing and GST compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are encouraged to review the privacy policy and terms of the applicable payment gateway when making a transaction. Cleveratti Learn is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment service providers.

13. Failed, Pending, or Interrupted Transactions

The following procedure applies where a transaction does not complete successfully:

  • Payment debited but order not confirmed: If your bank or payment method shows a debit but you have not received a Payment Confirmation, please contact us at info@cleveratti.com within 7 Business Days, providing your transaction reference number, payment screenshot, and bank statement. We will verify the transaction status with the payment gateway.
  • Transaction failure: If the payment gateway records the transaction as failed, no amount will have been confirmed as received. Any debit from your account in such cases will typically be reversed by your bank within the applicable RBI settlement timeline (generally 5–7 Business Days for cards and net banking).
  • Pending transaction: If a transaction remains in a pending state, please wait for the settlement timeline advised by your bank or the payment gateway before contacting us.
  • Interrupted session: If your browser or application is closed or the payment page is interrupted before confirmation is received, please check your email and bank statement before initiation of a new transaction to avoid a duplicate charge.

Cleveratti Learn's refund and reversal obligations in the case of a failed-but-debited transaction are governed by Section 7 of our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

14. Duplicate Payments

A duplicate payment occurs where a learner's bank account or payment method is charged more than once for the same enrolment within the same transaction session, resulting in a double or excess debit.

To report a duplicate payment:

  • Contact us at info@cleveratti.com within 7 Business Days of the transaction date.
  • Include your full name, registered email address, transaction reference number(s), payment screenshot(s), and bank statement showing both debits.

We will verify the claim with our payment gateway and, where a genuine duplicate payment is confirmed, coordinate the reversal of the excess amount through the applicable bank or payment provider. The timeline for reversal is governed by RBI settlement rules and the procedures of your bank or card issuer.

15. Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention

Cleveratti Learn and its payment gateway partners maintain standard fraud-detection mechanisms to protect learners and the integrity of our payment systems. We may:

  • Verify the identity of the person making a payment before confirming enrolment.
  • Place a transaction on hold pending additional verification if it appears irregular, unauthorised, or potentially fraudulent.
  • Request additional confirmation from the learner (e.g., OTP verification, bank authorisation) before processing.
  • Reject or reverse payments that are determined to be fraudulent, made using compromised payment instruments, or otherwise in violation of applicable law.
  • Cooperate with banks, payment service providers, and lawful authorities in investigating payment fraud.

Cleveratti Learn will handle any personal information collected in connection with payment verification in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Pricing Errors and Technical Mistakes

While we take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate, typographical errors, technical glitches, or system errors may occasionally result in an incorrect price being displayed. The following terms apply in such cases:

  • If a program fee is displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical glitch (including an unrealistically low or zero price), Cleveratti Learn reserves the right to cancel the transaction and refund the amount paid, or to contact the learner and offer the opportunity to complete the purchase at the correct price.
  • Cleveratti Learn will not be bound to honour a price that is clearly erroneous or that results from a technical malfunction.
  • Where an incorrect tax amount or delivery-related charge has been applied, we will issue a corrected invoice or adjustment at the earliest opportunity.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by pricing errors and will act promptly to resolve them.

17. Price Changes

Cleveratti Learn reserves the right to revise program fees at any time. The following principles govern price changes:

  • Price changes are prospective and will not affect enrolments already confirmed at the time of the change.
  • The fee applicable to a learner is the fee displayed and confirmed at the time of their payment.
  • Promotional prices automatically expire at the end of the stated promotional period, after which the standard price applies.
  • Prices displayed on our website may differ from prices at authorised franchise centres or on third-party listing platforms. The price confirmed at the time of payment is binding for that transaction.

18. Payment Disputes

A payment dispute arises where a learner believes they have been incorrectly charged, charged more than the confirmed amount, or subjected to an unauthorised transaction.

To raise a payment dispute:

  • Contact us at info@cleveratti.com or grievance@cleverattilearn.com within 30 days of the disputed transaction.
  • Provide your full name, registered email address, transaction reference number, amount disputed, payment date, and a description of the concern.

We will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and investigate in coordination with the applicable payment gateway or bank. We may request supporting documents (bank statements, payment screenshots) to assist with the investigation.

Questions about cancellation, refunds, or enrolment changes are governed separately by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and should be directed to the same contact addresses.

19. Limitation of Responsibility for Payment Services

Cleveratti Learn shall not be liable for any delay, failure, loss, or error caused by factors outside our reasonable control in connection with the processing of payments. This includes, without limitation:

  • Delays or failures caused by banks, card networks, or payment gateways
  • Downtime or technical failures of UPI infrastructure, wallet providers, or BNPL / lending platforms
  • Interruptions to internet or telecommunications services
  • Actions of third-party payment processors or financial institutions

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If a payment failure or delay is caused by Cleveratti Learn's own systems or negligence, we will take prompt corrective action.
