Cleveratti Learn reserves the right to modify program content, curriculum, or delivery format at any time, provided that the core learning objectives remain substantially unchanged.

5. Enrolment and Confirmation

Submission of an enquiry form or expression of interest does not constitute enrolment. Enrolment is complete only upon:

  • Completion of the enrolment process through our website or at an authorised Franchise Partner centre, and
  • Receipt of full payment of the applicable program fee, and
  • Issuance of a Payment Confirmation by Cleveratti Learn.

Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer your seat to another person. Batch-transfer requests (not enrolment transfers to a different person) are governed separately by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Fees, Payment, and Taxes

6.1 Program Fees

All program fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR Rs.) on our website and at authorised franchise centres. Each program requires a single, one-time payment in full at the time of enrolment. No separate registration fee or advance deposit is charged.

6.2 Taxes

Fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law. The total payable amount, inclusive of applicable GST, will be displayed clearly before payment confirmation. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued upon payment.

6.3 Payment Methods

Cleveratti Learn accepts credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets through our website payment gateway. Offline payments (including cash) may be accepted at authorised franchise centres against a signed receipt. We do not accept cheque, demand draft, or cryptocurrency.

6.4 EMI and BNPL

We do not ourselves offer instalment plans. Third-party EMI or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options may be available at checkout subject to your bank's approval. All costs (interest, processing fees) associated with such facilities are your sole responsibility. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies regardless of the payment method used.

6.5 Price Changes

Program fees are subject to revision from time to time. The fee applicable to you is the fee confirmed at the time of your payment. Price changes do not affect enrolments already confirmed.

7. Cancellation and Refund

⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE: All purchases are final. Once payment is confirmed, no cancellation is permitted and no refund will be issued under any circumstances, except as set out in Section 7.3 below.

7.1 No-Cancellation Policy

Once your payment is confirmed, your purchase cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn -- regardless of any change in your personal, professional, or financial circumstances. Non-attendance or partial attendance of classes does not entitle you to a cancellation or refund.

7.2 No-Refund Policy

Cleveratti Learn does not issue full refunds, partial refunds, store credit, wallet credit, or future-program credit once payment is confirmed. This reflects the nature of our program-delivery model, under which class slots, faculty time, and resources are committed at the time of enrolment.

7.3 Exception -- Duplicate or Failed Payments

A monetary reversal will be processed solely in the following technical payment error scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment: Your payment instrument is charged more than once for the same enrolment in the same session.
  • Failed-but-debited transaction: The payment gateway records the transaction as failed, yet your bank has debited the amount.

To report either scenario, contact info@cleveratti.com within 7 Business Days of the transaction, providing your transaction reference, payment screenshot, and bank statement. Reversals are subject to RBI settlement timelines.

7.4 Cancellation of a Program by Cleveratti Learn

Cleveratti Learn may, in exceptional circumstances (including insufficient batch enrolments or force majeure events), cancel or defer a batch. In such cases, learners will be offered either a transfer to the next available batch of the same program or transfer to an equivalent alternative program. A monetary refund will be considered only where neither alternative is operationally feasible.

7.5 Batch Transfer

A one-time batch transfer to a subsequent batch of the same program may be requested at least 7 Business Days before the original batch commences. Batch transfers are subject to availability and Cleveratti Learn's sole discretion. A batch transfer does not entitle you to any refund.

8. User Conduct and Obligations
